Rafael Rosa Salegio is an Attorney at Law and a Notary, authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador; he attained his Law Degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado University.
After defending his "Thesis The Central American Court of Justice, Competences and Achievements" he obtained with highest distinction a Master Degree of Laws in International Law, LL.M. (Legum Magister), regarding Investment, International Commerce and Arbitration, in the University Of Chile and the University of Heidelberg, Germany.
Rafael Rosa Salegio has worked for "the Judicial Branch of Government, mainly in the areas of Civil and Commercial law, has rendered his services to Individuals, Companies, Foundations and International Organisms in different areas as an Attorney in Fact and Legal Counselor.
He also has completed in different prestigious universities of El Salvador, higher studies in Business Law, Notarial Law, Constitutional Law, Penal Law, Tax Law and Legal English.
Currently, he is a University Professor of Commercial Law, and is also part of the list of Arbitrators of the Arbitration Center of the Commerce and Industry Chamber of El Salvador.

Gerardo José Rosa Salegio is an Attorney at Law authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador, specializing in Civil and Commercial Law, mainly in Intellectual Property. He is a graduate from the Law School of Dr. José Matías Delgado University. He has practiced Law privately for a Law Firm in San Salvador, EL Salvador, and has rendered his services for the United Nations, at the UNCTAD. He has coursed higher studies and Post Graduate Diplomas in Business Law, Constitutional Justice, Notarial Law and Legal English. He has also completed a Master of Laws degree, LL.M. (Legum Magister) in International transactions and Comparative Law from the University of San Francisco. He later worked for the international Law Firm Kerosky & Associates in the United States of America.

Vidal has dedicated himself to the private practice of law for many years; specially in the areas of Criminal Law, Penitentiary Law, Registry Law, Commercial Law and Civil Law. He has also worked for various law firms in El Salvador. He has likewise completed various courses and seminars on Banking Law, Stock Exchange Law, Registry Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law and Administration of Corporations.
